Two Industrial Hygiene doctoral students in the Division of Environmental Health Sciences were recently awarded prestigious scholarships from the American Industrial Hygiene Foundation.

Susan Arnold is the 2013-2014 recipient of the TSI/Arthur J. Abrams Memorial Scholarship, a $5,000 scholarship award. Her advisor is Dr. Gurumurthy Ramachandran.

Mei Wang is the 2013-2014 recipient of the Clyde M. Berry Memorial Scholarship, a $1,000 scholarship award. Her advisor is Dr. Peter Raynor.

The awards were presented at the American Industrial Hygiene Conference and Exposition, which was held May 18-23, 2013 in Montreal, Canada.  The awards were presented during the General Session on May 21.  Industrial Hygiene students and faculty from the Division of Environmental Health Sciences attended the conference.
