The 2018 National Occupational Research Agenda (NORA) Symposium will be held Thursday, May 3 at Mayo Memorial Auditorium at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. This year's topic is "Workplace Harassment: Ensuring Respect, Combating Harassment and Improving Organizational Performance".
Fran Sepler’s work focuses on civility and respect as the core tool for prevention of harassment, and how to create a culture of safety, respect and fairness in diverse workplaces. Her talk will look at bullying and uncivil behavior as corrosive, problematic and precursors to gendered harassment.
